Creations Du Chocolat
Try your hand at the art of the Chocolatier. Using professional techniques to craft and mould delicious and attractive chocolates, truffles, creams, fudges and decorations, by the end of the week you’ll have a collection to make your mouth water.
About
Tempering techniques will be taught for all types of chocolate as well as which combinations of flavours work best with each. All recipes covered on the course can be taken home to make again and again where you can experiment with even more flavours and toppings.
Please advise of any food allergies. We regret that we are unable to amend this course for those who are lactose intolerant.
