Hockey

This course will follow the England Hockey Single System Core Skills syllabus and will cover all technical elements of the game including ball carrying/manipulation, passing, defending and shooting. There will also be key elements of set plays, small unit play and game principles delivered. Bring shorts/skirt, t-shirt, trainers, long socks, shin pads and mouth guard. Sticks can be provided.
