Trampolining
A fun filled course taught by British Gymnastics qualified coaches. This popular course introduces freedom of movement whilst achieving control and co-ordination of the body. Children are encouraged to work towards achieving British Gymnastics Trampoline Proficiency Awards, levels 1 – 10.
Equipment and spotting
All children must wear socks! Please also wear loose clothing that covers elbows and knees and avoid clothing with buttons and zips. No jeans or jewellery. During term time sessions parents may need to stay to ‘spot’.
