To Log in

1)        The Recre8 booking portal can be found at this address. https://tonbridgeschool.gssignature.cloud/Connect/mrmLogin.aspx

2)        To log in, please enter your Member ID and PIN.

If you know your Member ID, but are unsure of your PIN, please click the link ‘Forgotten your PIN’ and enter your Member ID when prompted – an email will be sent to your registered email address allowing you to reset it.

If you have forgotten your Member ID please call 01732 304123 or contact recre8@tonbridge-school.org or swim.school@tonbridge-school.org for a reminder. Please note, if you also require your PIN, we are able to give it out verbally, but not via email.

 

Paying for your child’s courses

3)        Make sure that the site selected is Recre8

4)        For renewals click the basket icon and the balance due will be waiting to be paid

Please note that siblings will need to be paid separately. Please log in using each child’s individual ID and PIN

 

5)        Clicking ‘Pay with Card’ will direct you to the worldpay secure payment gateway where you can enter your debit or credit card details and pay for the course.

 

6)        A confirmation email will be automatically sent when payment is received.

 

Has something gone wrong?

7)        I’ve received an ‘Error 404’ message and haven’t been redirected to the worldpay secure payment gateway.

 

This error usually comes up when you have tried to pay for more than one child’s courses. This can happen when children are linked together. To prevent this please log in as one child at a time and only pay for the courses they are personally booked onto. Please see below.

a)         You are logged in to the ‘primary’ child’s account and can see their course and their sibling’s (linked member) course

b)       From this position you can untick the linked member’s course as below.

 

 

c)        You can now click ‘Pay with Card’ to be taken to worldpay – back to point 5.
