All Recre8 staff are highly qualified in the specific activity they lead, are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and undertake annual safeguarding training, ensuring their knowledge of school policy is reinforced and understanding of procedures is up to date. All members of Tonbridge School staff also undertake this rigorous training and are aware of their safeguarding responsibilities towards all children across the campus.
